Hello. I came across your question about the Samachar Apartments review and can share mine. I live in a 2 BHK flat here and a big reason for buying a flat here was the location. Mayur Vihar is a good locality, with the JKSRTC bus stop and Mayur Vihar metro station nearby. The LifeLine Hospital and Carnival Cinema are close by, too.
There is a gated security with spacious bike and car parking, which helps a lot as there is no space outside in Delhi. The neighbourhood is nice and there isn’t much noise coming from the outside. I recommend the property if you are looking for a 2 or 3 BHK.
