I recently hired them to relocate my home office furniture and a few personal belongings to Tilak Nagar. Initially, they seemed professional. They quoted me Rs. 10,000 for the entire shift and even assured me of a 2-day delivery. Given the urgency of my new office setting, I went ahead. However, things started going downhill after they picked up my items. The manager called me and asked for Rs. 2500 extra for ‘special handling’ and faster delivery. I questioned the same but he said they will delay the delivery if I don’t pay the amount. And despite paying the extra charges, I received my things after two weeks and I was shocked to see the condition of my desk. It had multiple scratches, and one of my chairs had a broken armrest.
