I recently shifted to Mumbai for my Phd and I hired Sarathi packers and movers for the shift. My experience was alright but I was expecting them to be a little more communicative and transparent in the process. They had promised me a quick shipping and delivery but all my items were delivered after 15 days. It really messed up my schedule. There was no tracking ID given as well which annoyed me the most. I kept contacting the manager but he’d say he’ll send me the link but never did. I wish I had checked some Sarathi packers and movers pvt ltd Delhi reviews before signing up with them.

I had a frustrating experience with Sarathi packers and movers. I had to send a few appliances to my sister’s place and I took their help. They kept delaying the shipping. Despite calling them a number of times, all I got was vague excuses about truck availability. And, finally when my things arrived, the induction and the microwave had few dent marks. They quoted me Rs. 10,000 for the entire shift and even assured me of a 2-day delivery. Given the urgency of my new office setting, I went ahead. However, things started going downhill after they picked up my items. The manager called me and asked for Rs. 2500 extra for ‘special handling’ and faster delivery. I questioned the same but he said they will delay the delivery if I don’t pay the amount. And despite paying the extra charges, I received my things after two weeks and I was shocked to see the condition of my desk. It had multiple scratches, and one of my chairs had a broken armrest.
