My father recently booked a plot in this premium gated community by Sattva Group. At the time of purchase, I also went with my father to Sattva Bhumi address. It is in Chikkatatamangala, Devanahalli, Vijayapura Town, Bengaluru 562135. The best part we liked in this project is its location. Let me share some nearby places I came across.

Before booking, my father confirmed the legalities of this property. The sales team said it has RERA approval. Overall, we both will rate them 4.5 out of 5 under our Sattva Bhumi reviews.

Also, I found the Sattva Bhumi price affordable. The starting price is Rs. 37.91 lakhs. I will visit the site with my brother this weekend and then decide.
