I came to know about this project from a friend living near it and planned to visit it and learn about its specifications. I loved its planning and amenities, but more importantly, I loved the Sattva Songbird price. Too glad to see Sattva is still providing quality properties at a reasonable budget. Properties here start from Rs 63.39 lakhs approx, and the highest is around Rs 2.43 crores. 

Sattva Songbird amenities are also great. It will be offering indoor games-playing areas, a large multipurpose hall, snooker rooms, co-working spaces, a spa, a golf simulator, a party area on the terrace, and other top-class amenities. I at least find the project worth investing in and will definitely suggest you visit it once.

While looking for some new properties, I came across a few positive Sattva Songbird reviews online and planned to check out this project. Last month, I visited the project and was thoroughly impressed with it, mainly because of its location. The Sattva Songbird address is near Decathlon Old Madras Road (OMR), Nimbekaipura, Budigere. It lies near the National Highway 75, the Bangalore-Tirupati Highway, around 20 km from the Kempegowda International Airport. 

I even saw several schools, colleges, hospitals, and markets near it, so I am really interested in having a property here. I am planning to visit it again next year, check its progress, get more details, and then make a final decision.

I was waiting for the Sattva Songbird RERA number to be assigned, so as soon as it got approval, I visited the project and really loved it. This project is great from every aspect, be it location, specification, amenities availability, or others, so you must consider investing here.
