The last thing I learned from the review was the Satyam Regents Park RERA number, which was P52000031227. I am planning to visit the location before booking a unit there.

While going to my office, I used this project being built and a few days back; I visited this project’s location. During my visit to the project, I enquired about the Satyam Regents Park possession date, and I was told that it was in June 2027. Following that, I asked them about the Satyam Regents Park price. Last month, I received a call from a marketing call from a Satyam Regents Park executive. She told me that they have luxurious 1 and 2 BHK apartments with prices starting from Rs. 51.5 Lakhs onwards. I asked her to share the location of the project as I decided to visit it.
After my visit, I learned about the amenities and a few other details. I decided to purchase a unit there, but before that decided to ask about the Satyam Regents Park Possession date and RERA number. The executive informed me that possession will be in 2027, and the RERA number is P52000031227. Since everything seemed correct to me, I decided to book a 2 BHK unit.

My uncle called me a few days back and asked me to visit the Satyam Regents Park project as he wanted to invest in that. He instructed me to ask about the Satyam Regents Park 1BHK and 2 BHK price. Along with that, he also asked me to check the amenities they provide.
I visited the project location, and the first thing I asked was about the amenities of the project. The executive told me that the amenities are a children's play area, swimming pool, jogging track, gym, etc. Following that, I asked about the price of the apartment, and he shared the below list with me.
