What are the SBM Sky Reviews, Vartak Nagar, Thane?

Hi there. I’d like to keep this review simple and short. I visited the project and liked most of the aspects. The amenities here are quite a lot, where there’s everything for all age groups. Some of them include a gym, a kid’s playing area, a temple, a yoga and meditation centre, a co-working space and more.

Overall, we are considering buying a 2 BHK there and if you are looking for something similar, you should give this a visit.

So, it has been some time since we’ve been in search of a good flat in Thane. We went to visit this project a while ago and had a mixed-bag feeling. 

Starting with what we liked, the material being used for the interiors is of quality. The doors are made of laminated wood, with granite worktops and use of designer tiles as well. 

The society is being built at a good location in Thane’s Vartak Nagar. The Eastern Express Highway along with the Mumbai-Nashik Highway offer good connectivity. 

All of this is good, but when we inquired about the SBM Sky price list, the rates seemed a bit overpriced for what we felt. The SBM Sky 1BHK price starts at Rs. 80 lakhs and the SBM Sky 2BHK price starts at Rs. 1.15 crore. As a result, we are looking for other options at the moment.

Hello, we’ve been living in Thane for over eight years and finally decided to get a house of our own. So, we started visiting new projects, one of which was the SBM Sky. So, I’ll give you my SBM Sky reviews here. 

My family and I have been looking for a 2 BHK, and we were happy with the SBM Sky address. The essentials like schools, hospitals, markets and malls are at a decent distance from the project. There’s Korum Mall, Viviana Mall, CP Goenka School, Orchid International, Bethany Hospital and more close by. 

My kids study at Orchid, so it’ll be comfortable for them to travel and my office is located at the Ghodbunder Road, which is again not too far.

Talking about the SBM Sky possession date, the project will be ready to move in by December 2027, which is a little later than what we’ve been looking for, but we can wait a bit.
