I kept contacting the manager but he never responded until one day when he picked up and gave vague excuses like he got stuck with some work. Finally, when they shipped the items, it took them another 15 days to deliver it to my cousins’ place. I got completely fed up during the whole process. I am not satisfied with SDM packers and movers. Their customer support is horrible. I kept contacting them after they shipped my items and promised me a 4-day delivery service, but never heard anything from them. I expected a little decency to answer the calls or respond to emails but the manager was all sweet and nice before taking the money. I had lost hope of receiving my items when it was only a few days back that they delivered it. The packaging was so bad and a few of my books were torn from the edges. Utterly disappointing!

Please don’t ever take service with SDM packers and movers as they are fraud and will keep adding some hidden charges. I recently sent some of my NEET preparation textbooks to my cousin’s place and the condition in which he received them was disastrous. The spine of the few books were nearly broken and there was water all over the boxes. This is beyond horrific. I had kept them intact and secure for two years only to get this.
I was checking some SDM packers and movers Delhi reviews and realised my experience isn’t unique. I urge you all to check out other reliable packers and movers and don’t trust SDM.
