I am sharing my SDS NRI Residency review to give you an insight into the living experience I have had thus far. Our favourite apart from the building’s construction quality has been the amenities available here. You get a swimming pool, an amphitheatre, an indoor games area, a community hall, a gym and much more. The 3 BHK I live in has a good opening for sunlight and the interior quality is also a big positive.

We went to this project in April to find out the SDS NRI Residency unit configuration and more. There are 3 and 4 BHK flats here and we liked the location, which is in Pari Chowk. We say so because Pari Chowk and Knowledge Park bus stops are close by, with Jaypee metro station 2 km away. The Super Speciality Hospital and AIMS Hospital can be covered with a 2-kilometre drive in case of emergency. There is INOX and PVR along with other essentials not too far from the project.
Overall, You should check it out personally to see if you find it the right property as preferences can differ.

We got to know about this project a while ago through a friend who works in real estate. The SDS NRI Residency address in Sector Omega 2, Pari Chowk suited us a lot. This is a proper gated society with a professional security team, dedicated bike and car parking space and quite spacious flats. We finalised a 4 BHK at a good price. So, if you get the chance of a resale flat here, we recommend visiting the property.
