Our interest increased in this property after finding out the Sethia Kalpavruksh Heights unit configuration, which has 1 and 2 BHK homes. We were in search of a 2 BHK and found one for resale a while ago. We had a phone conversation with the seller and scheduled the visit. First of all, we were impressed by the state of the building even though it was completed in 2014. The house was well kept, with a decent area. The carpet area of the 2 BHK was 650 sq. ft., which was okay for us. The ventilation in the house was another aspect that we liked along with the house architecture. We went ahead and sealed the deal for the flat.

I will start my Sethia Kalpavruksh Heights review by talking about the amenities here, which caught my attention when we first went to check out the flats. There is an aerobics room, a pool, a jogging track, a park, a gym, an indoor games area and much more.

Although this property is 9 years old, the maintenance is something I appreciate a lot. Even the flat condition looks good. The only letdown for us was the Sethia Kalpavruksh Heights unit size of the 1 BHK, which was 390 sq ft. So, we decided not to go ahead with the property. However, I do suggest you check it out yourself and then give your opinion.

 

Hello. I came across your question and would like to share my Sethia Kalpavruksh Heights review. I visited this property with my brother in July to find more information about their 2 BHK. 

Our main interest was in the Sethia Kalpavruksh Heights location, which is in Kandivali West. The connectivity to other parts is good as the Malwani Gate bus stop, Dahanukarwadi metro station and the Kandivali train station fall close by. 

You also have PVR Cinemas, Oberoi Mall and other entertainment sources nearby. Kandivali in itself is a good place to live, so we were happy with it. We also checked for the RERA approval and found that the property is approved. The Sethia Kalpavruksh Heights RERA number is P51800008716. Overall, we thought it was a good property and our best option among all the others. So, we made the deal.
