This project has 33-units flats and the Shakthi Urban Village unit configuration is 2 and 3 BHK apartments, spread across 0.40 acres. We visited the project last month and we are planning to buy a 2 BHK apartment, and most probably be moving in next year. Shakthi Urban Village possession date is June 2025, so this is the best time to book the place. To give more information about the apartment, the buildings have RCC framed structures and there is 24/7 generator backup as well. External walls have 6" solid blocks and internal walls have 4" solid blocks. Also, the Shakthi Urban Village
