What are the Shapoorji Pallonji Wildernest, Budruk, Pune Review?

My brother told me that there was a new project coming up in Pune and that it had villa projects. I asked him the name of the project, which he told me was Shapoorji Pallonji Wildernest. He also said that the Shapoorji Pallonji Wildernest project area is around 11 acres. After hearing all of that, I decided to visit the project along with him.

After visiting the project, we asked about the Shapoorji Pallonji Wildernest price list. The executive told us about the Shapoorji Pallonji Wildernest 3BHK and 4BHK price and also the Villa prices. After looking at those, I decided to book a villa unit. I have added the list below. 

While looking for some projects in the Manjri Budruk area, I came across a few Shapoorji Pallonji Wildernest reviews. From the reviews, I learned quite a bit about the project like the location, price list, amenities, configuration, etc. 

To learn more about the project, I visited the location and asked about the RERA number. The executive in charge told me that the RERA number of the project is P52100052683. He also told me about a few key locations around the project, after which I decided to book a 3 BHK unit. Here are the locations he mentioned

Last month, I visited the Shapoorji Pallonji Wildernest project, and here is my review of the project. The Shapoorji Pallonji Wildernest location is Mango Tree Villa Tower 1, Shewalwadi, Haveli, Village, Manjri Budruk, Pune, Maharashtra 412307. 

After I visited the location, I learned about the various amenities they provide, such as a skate park with machan and glamping tents. outdoor working pods, spa, swimming pool, children's play area, spa/steam/sauna, etc. The project only has 3 BHK and 4 BHK units, and the Shapoorji Pallonji Wildernest Possession date is June 2027. I liked this project, and thus I booked a 3 BHK unit there.
