What is the Shiv Shree Aangan Reviews Panvel, Mumbai?

I liked the strategic Shiv Shree Aangan location. Everything is easily accessible from this project. The

• Ris Bus Stop is just 6.6 km from here

• The Mohope train station is 4.2 km away

• Rasayani is 7.2 km far

• The Dr Sonawane PRAGATI HOSPITAL is within 2 km

• Shri Swami Samarth Hospital is also within 3.5 km

• The Hotspot Point is 3.7 km away

In short, you can travel to any place easily and face no transportation issues. 

In this same location, there is another project named,

. It is also a great project but is a bit overpriced. They also provide 1 and 2 BHK apartments and the price range is Rs 86.88 lakhs and Rs 95.95 lakhs but I felt it was better than Shiv Shree Aangan. You can visit both and then decide where you want to invest.

After hearing several Shiv Shree Aangan reviews, I visited the project in March. I learned that

• This project will have a single building comprising 300 units

• It will be spread across 1.50 acres so be sure you will get a lot of space to breathe in fresh air and enjoy great ventilation

• This is a RERA-approved project and the Shiv Shree Aangan RERA number is P52000054469

The price of the apartments is also affordable. The

• Shiv Shree Aangan 1bhk price will start from Rs 35.45 lakhs and

• Shiv Shree Aangan 2bhk price will start from Rs 56.27 lakhs

To be honest, I found this project great as per the budget. I am planning to book a 1 BHK by next year here and would love to share another review during my next visit to Shiv Shree Aangan.

I am not very sure about how Shiv Shree Aangan is going to be. The project has just started and is supposed to be completed by the end of 2027. Here are just a few specifications I learned about this project:

• The kitchens of the apartments have storage facilities with a pre-laminated, suede finish.

• Bedrooms have swing wardrobe with or without loft in Laminate with Suede Finish as per the type of apartment you are choosing

• Every living room has good-quality wallpaper.

I would rather suggest you wait a couple of years and then decide whether it will be worth investing here or not.
