I am writing this Shivsai 9 Square reviews, since I have booked a 1930 square foot, three-bedroom apartment here. The fact that this project is close to the train stations in Ambivli, Shahad, and Kalyan made me adore it. The Kalyan Junction train station, an industrial center, the Mumbai-Nashik Motorway, reputable schools, hospitals and other necessities are all conveniently located near this complex.

The project is now under construction, and the expected Shivsai 9 Square possession date for my flat is by January 2026. This property has plenty of parking spaces for cars.

This is RERA registered and the RERA Registration Number is P51700048819. The Shivsai 9 Square 3BHK price for my flat was Rs 2.02 Crores. According to me, this will be a good project. I would rate 3 out of 5 to this project.
