I recently visited the Shreeji Today Royal project and learned that the Shreeji Today Royal 2BHK and 3BHK price starts from 97.08 Lakhs. Before visiting the site, I went through a few Shreeji Today Royal reviews, from which I learned about the amenities and location. 

During my visit, I also asked about the Shreeji Today Royal Possession date, which they told me was around December 2027. To be honest, I was looking for something around the same possession date.
