What are the Shreenathji Delta Luxuria, Airoli, Navi Mumbai Reviews?

Hi there. So my partner and I went to see this project last weekend. We had our interest in the 3 BHK house here and made our booking yesterday. I read the other reviews here where they highlighted the location and everything, which were the points that gained our interest. 

Even the amenities here are a lot which made us feel that this would be the right property for us. There is a yoga room, a cardio gym, an outdoor basketball court, an indoor games room, a swimming pool, separate shower decks and more.

If you are looking for a home in the same area, this can be a good option for you.

Hey, I saw you were looking for some reviews on this project, and I’d like to help with mine. We initially contacted them to find out the Shreenathji Delta Luxuria unit configuration, which was said to be 2 and 3 BHK. 

This is a standalone high-rise building in Airoli.  We strolled around the area where this property is located to get a better idea of the development and connectivity. I must say that this lies in a well-developed region with many other societies like the Ridhi Siddhi Heritage, Sai Intop Heights and more. 

I was also impressed by the vehicle parking space and the deck homes. The only thing that does not fit us is the Shreenathji Delta Luxuria possession date, which is April 2027 and a bit too late for us. 

We have been on the lookout for a 3 BHK flat in and around Navi Mumbai. We recently contacted the builder team of this project. So, I am going to share my Shreenathji Delta Luxuria review here from the opinion I’ve made about this property.

There are 2 and 3 BHK flats here, with the locality being Airoli at Sector 19. The connectivity here is quite good with essentials such as hospitals, schools, colleges and tech parks close by. Some of the ones I can remember are the Avdhoot Hospital, Gandhi Hospital, Euro School, AV Public School, Business Centre Reliance Tech Park, Mindspace Tech Park, etc.

For commute options, you’ve got the Airoli station, Thane station and bus depot 5 minutes from the project.

The project has a standalone tower comprising 30 floors with several safety and security systems. We also asked about the Shreenathji Delta Luxuria unit size and got to know that the 2 and 3 BHK have a carpet area of 690 and 949 sq. ft., respectively.

 We haven’t booked a flat here as we are still discussing. However, this is a project we’ve liked the most up till now.
