What are the Shri Shyam Packers and Movers Delhi Reviews?

Sharing my Shri Shyam Packers and Movers Delhi reviews with you all here. I hired them to transport my car from Delhi to Pune, and they assured me it would take no more than a week. However, my car arrived almost four days late. Worse, the communication from their side was horrible – I had to keep following up and got no clear answers. 

When my car finally arrived, I noticed small scratches on the bumper that weren’t there before. I was annoyed since I trusted them with my car, and they didn’t take responsibility for the damage. While they directed me to use the insurance service, the process was time-consuming and inconvenient. 

Given the delays and damage, I would not recommend their car transport service. Their lack of accountability and communication really left a bad impression. If you care about timely delivery and the condition of your vehicle, I’d advise looking elsewhere for more reliable services.

I used Shri Shyam Packers and Movers’ warehouse and storage service to store my belongings for about three months. The good part was that the storage facility seemed secure, and when my items were returned, nothing was damaged. Their team handled the pickup and drop-off smoothly. However, the overall experience wasn’t perfect. 

When I first inquired about their rates, I was quoted one amount, but the final bill was higher due to hidden charges for things like extra handling fees and insurance. They didn’t explain these charges clearly, which made me feel a bit misled. 

Additionally, there was a slight delay in getting my items back after the storage period ended, which caused some inconvenience. While I’m relieved that my belongings were safe, the lack of clarity on pricing and the delay made the experience less than ideal. I’d suggest using their storage services if security is your main concern, but make sure to clarify all the charges upfront to avoid surprises.

I hired Shri Shyam Packers and Movers, Delhi for my house shifting, but unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. The team was supposed to arrive at 10 AM, but they showed up two hours late without any notice. I had to keep calling them to find out where they were. When they finally began packing, it felt like they were in a rush to finish quickly, which made me uncomfortable. Some of my fragile it/ems weren’t packed securely enough. 

One of my glass table tops was chipped, and a ceramic vase had cracks after the move. While the workers were polite and followed instructions, their packing quality wasn’t up to the mark.

What really annoyed me was their lack of concern when I reported the damage. They didn’t offer any compensation or take the situation seriously, which was disappointing. 

I paid for their full service, expecting professionalism, but the damage to my items and their indifference left me regretting my choice. If you’re moving valuable items, I wouldn’t recommend their service.
