What are the Siddhashila Eela Reviews, Punawale, Pune?

When I was looking to invest in this project almost 3 years ago, I got to know the Siddhashila Eela address of Punawale is in close vicinity to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. I found the property here will grant me access to a variety of well-developed infrastructure facilities like educational institutes, renowned hospitals, banking facilities, retail outlets, hotels and leisure facilities. 

The proximity to Hinjewadi IT Park and hubs like Tathawade, Balewadi, Aundh, Wakad, Ashok Nagar and Koyte Wasti only add to the big location advantages. There’s Akshara International School and college and Golden Care Hospital which are all nearby. IMAX, INOX, Tech lounge, and D-Mart are also all near this property. Such an easy access offered by the location made me invested in this project.

 I am sharing my Siddhashila Eela reviews because I booked a 3 BHK for me and my family here almost 2 years ago. I really like living here now. This place offers a safe space for me and my kids to run and play since the jogging track here is ideal for a run at any time of day.

• There is also 24/2 CCTV surveillance. 

• They also have a well-equipped gym and an amphitheatre for concerts or performances.

• The homes here are Vastu compliant, which is a relief. 

Working from home is convenient as this society has a reliable generator back up. There is also an aerobics room. The elevators are very convenient since my parents are old and cannot climb up and down the stairs. This place is safe and fun and offers a good sense of community. The Siddhashila Eela price for my property during the purchase was Rs. 40 lakh.

I have a friend who recently invested in 2 BHK here. I am also looking to invest here, so asked him to share his Siddhashila Eela reviews. He told me about all the modern amenities that are offered here and the spacious 1, 2 and 3 RHK unit configurations. I also got to know more about the builder of the project, Siddhashila Group. One of Pune's top real estate developers, Siddhashila Group, is known for building high-quality houses for many happy families. 

Every Siddhashila project has been completed on schedule because of its intricate design and effective implementation. The group has become a leading real estate brand in Pune because of its careful planning and building. This really impressed me. This project is also approved by RERA and the Siddhashila Eela RERA Number is P52100012382 and P52100004281. I am also looking into investment in this property now.
