This project touches the main road and has 70% open space, which is hard to find these days. Sidharth Upscale price ranges from 50 lakhs to 1.8 crore. It feels good to invest in a place that combines quality with trust.

• The nearby state highway ensures smooth connectivity to the rest of the city. 

• The neighbourhoods of Vanagaram and Manapakkam are also close, making it a perfect spot for both work and leisure. 

Besides the location, I think it's a nice gated society with good amenities. The apartments have a good security system to keep an eye on the entrants and have been kept clean inside. I have invested in a 2 BHK here and I will rate them 5 out of 5 under my Sidharth Upscale reviews.
