What are the Signature Global Andour Height, Sector 71, Gurgaon, Reviews?

I am here to give you my review of this project. For the past few months, we have been searching for a 2 BHK in Gurgaon around Sector 71 and came across this a while back. 

We checked Signature Global Andour Height unit configuration, which had 1, 2 and 3 BHK flats, something we were looking for.

I was lucky to find a 2 BHK available for resale. The society has a good space, greenery and a cleanliness staff. My Impression of the house and the interior was also on the positive side, so I went ahead with making the purchase. You should first visit the project and then see if it interests you.

Hey, I saw you asking about a Signature Global Andour Height review and I’d like to share mine. I went to check out this project in July. I first of all like the location as Sector 71 itself is a good area and the exact location of this project is also pretty spacious. The total project area is 6 acres, with dedicated security at the gate.

Continuing to talk about the Signature Global Andour Height location, there is Subhash Chok and Sector 34/35 bus stop close by, with the Medanta and Sunrise LifeCare hospitals nearby, too. You can go shopping in AVA Court and Spaze Forum and get essentials from Smart Bazaar and Aditya Birla Retail Limited. 

What worked for us was also the price, as the 1 BHK cost us around Rs. 38 lakhs. So, I believe this property is a good one to invest in.

We found an ad for a resale flat in this property a while back and then visited. I quite liked the house, while my father had a slightly different opinion. The society, despite being a resale one has been kept in good condition. There are lots of amenities in the indoor and outdoor space, like a park, a sewage treatment plant, power backup, CCTV and so much more.

My father did like the house, but the price point didn’t seem to work for him, so we are looking for some other properties on the side. I’d rate it 8 out of 10.
