Buy a plot here, construct a villa and use it as a residence or for income. I am sure the investment will be worth it. We are planning to have a 1200 sq ft plot here by September and would recommend others to invest here as well. 

The different Siri Malle Magical Springs reviews were not enough for me hence I checked out this project in April. I must say it is a great project, especially for people looking to invest in plots. Here are some aspects I learned during my visit:

• The Siri Malle Magical Springs price list starts from Rs 80 lakhs onwards

• The Siri Malle Magical Springs project area is 34 acres (14 acres in Phase 1)

The possession has already started from April of this year so you can definitely check out the project and book your plot ASAP. 

I also found the Siri Malle Magical Springs location great. It is situated near Canara Bank, Uganawadi Cross, Dodapanahlli, Palya. My father-in-law is planning to invest here mainly because he believes it will have a good ROI in the future for its location. It is just:

• 800 mts from Kempathimmanahalli

• 1.5 km from Kannamangalapalya

• 4.2 km from the Kempegowda International Airport Halt

• 1 km from the Mother Theresa Hospital

• 3.2 km from the Primary health centre Sadahalli

• Government Lower Primary School Kempalingapura is just 2.1 km from here

• 1.7 km from the D.S.N.Complex

Several other renowned markets, colleges, and schools are located near it so you can visit these places very easily. I will rate this project 4.5/ 5 mainly because of its location.
