What are the SKR Aura, Volagerekallahalli, Bangalore Reviews?

So I checked out this property about two weeks back with my partner. We have been on the lookout for 3 BHK flats here. I was impressed with the features being provided here, especially the amenities. 

There is a gym, a sewage treatment plant, a basketball court, a swimming pool, an indoor games area, rainwater harvesting, a badminton and tennis court and a stand-alone exclusive clubhouse as well.

In terms of specifications, the structure has an RCC framework with solid cement concrete block masonry, the kitchen will have a platform with polished granite and the doors will have engineered hardwood frames.

The locality isn't bad either, so adding all of these to the table, we thought of going ahead with the project. I suggest you check it out too if you are looking for a home in Bengaluru.

We have been living in Bengaluru for about 5 years now and feel that it is the right time to buy a flat. So, we started looking for 2 BHK properties and visited this one last week. There are both 2 and 3 BHK flats here, with the locality being Volagerekallahalli, which isn’t far from Sarjapur.

The homes are Vastu compliant and the connectivity to the Outer Ring Road, Electronic City and Silk Board makes the locality a good one to live in for us. 

The SKR Aura 2BHK price starts at Rs. 1.01 crores, which is a bit over our budget and thus, we decided not to move ahead with it even though we like the project as a whole. 

Hi there. My father and I went to see this property in April. I read quite a few SKR Aura reviews before making up my mind to book this property after our visit. I can say that this is a well-rounded project with a mix of features.

I will start with the SKR Aura location, which is near Challenger’s Badminton Academy in Volagerekallahalli. There is the Dommasandra Circle bus station about 2 km from the project, while the Sarjapura stop is 3.5 km, so you will have good access to the Sarjapura area from the locality. While the LV Hospital is about 2 km away, there are several shopping malls such as the Natura Walk, Forum The Prestige City and Jariz Enclave within 1 km.

There are 2 and 3 BHK homes with a total of 56 units spread across an area of 0.74 acres. In my opinion, it would be wise for you to go on-site and then make up your mind about this project.
