I grew interested in this project mainly because of two reasons: the price of the apartments is justified and because of the SM Hatkesh Heights address. It is located near Samartha Hospital, Hatkesh Road, Mira Road East, just near the Samartha Hospital. Abundant grocery stores, markets, reputed malls, colleges, schools, bus stops, etc., are located in its proximity, so I felt it is worth investing in.
The SM Hatkesh Heights RERA number has also been assigned, so this project has no negative aspect that might hinder you from buying a property here. I will soon be booking a 2 BHK and will recommend it to others.
