This project was developed by SMR Holdings, who are regarded as one of the top builders in Hyderabad. Upon learning about the availability of apartments in SMR Vinay City, I planned to visit it. During my visit to the project location, I enquired about the SMR Vinay City unit configuration, and a sales executive shared the following list with me.

I moved to Hyderabad in 2022 and was planning on settling down here. My father suggested I should purchase an apartment there, and thus, I started looking for one. After searching quite a lot, I came across several SMR Vinay City reviews, and after going through that, I planned to visit the project. During the visit to the property, a sales executive told me about the amenities they have, which are badminton court, basketball court, tennis court, golf course, children's play area, etc. Among all the amenities that he told me about, I was quite surprised to know that they have a library and rainwater harvesting. I spoke to my father about this and have planned to book a 3 BHK here.
