As I was looking for a ready-to-move-in apartment, I visited the Stanley Tower of the project. I came to know about this through a Stanley Tower review. After visiting the project location, I asked whether the apartments were vastu complainant or not. The executive assured me that the apartments were vastu compliant. Following this I also wanted to know about the Stanley Tower RERA ID, which he told me is P02400000069. Everything seemed perfect to me and thus I decided to book an apartment.

I visited the SMR Vinay Iconia location, which was Masjid Banda Main Rd, Masjid Banda, Sri Maruthi Nagar Colony, Kondapur, Serilingampalle (M), Telangana 500084, with my friend as he was interested in purchasing an apartment there. After reaching the project location we enquired about the amenities of the project. An executive told us about them, which are the Swimming pool, Clubhouse, Badminton court, Jogging track, Community hall, Amphitheater, etc. One of the things that surprised me was the Aerobics room, this is not something that you find everywhere. My friend has already bought an apartment there and now I am even thinking about purchasing a unit there.
