What are the Sneha Apartments, Kasturi Nagar, Bengaluru Reviews?

We were on the lookout for a 2 BHK flat in Bengaluru and found a good property on resale in NGEF Layout in Kasturi Nagar. A friend of ours who lives there told us about the flat availability, so we went ahead to see it. One of the key features we liked there was the Sneha Apartments location. You have a lot of transportation options nearby, such as the Kalyan Nagar Bus Stand 1.5 km and the Kullappa Circle bus stop 1 km away. In addition to this, there is also the Banaswadi train station 3 km from the property. Santosh Hospital is about 5-6 km away, while you can reach Phoenix Marketcity with a 4 km drive.

The flats are maintained well and have good ventilation, too. All of these aspects had us interested. So, we gave it a thought and made the deal.

Hello. I have an apartment here and can share my Sneha Apartments review. I have been living here for a few years now and haven’t had any major complaints. The place is nicely maintained, plus you’ve enough space to stroll around in nature. Apart from this, everyone in my family including me likes the interior work that has been done. You get a good amount of sunlight during the day, so that’s another positive. There is a play area for children, although I would’ve liked it if there were more amenities. Nonetheless, it’s a good place to have a house.

I was inquiring about the flat availability in Sneha Apartment after hearing out the Sneha Apartments configuration, which has 2 BHK flats. I along with my mother have been in search of one such property for a long time. Luckily, there were a couple of flats on sale and we checked them out. The society is quite nice with decent space for parking. There is security stationed at all important points along with power backup in case of an electricity outage. 

My mother liked the overall architecture and floor plan, while I was happy with the closeness of the property to my office. Although everything seemed good, we didn’t make the deal due to budget constraints. However, you can consider this flat and see if it suits your needs.
