My in-laws live in a 3 BHK here and the best part I like about this project is the SNN Raj Serenity location. It is situated Off, Bannerghatta Main Rd, Suraksha Nagar, Yelenahalli, Begur. The Hulimavu Police Station is 4.1 km from here

• The Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta is around 6.2 km away

• The Vijayashree Hospitals and Jayashree Multi Speciality Hospital are within 4 km

• The Hello Kids Rose Preschool Bannerghatta Road is within 3 km

• Easy Shopping Mart is within 2.1 km

• Aravind Lifestyle Brands Ltd is within 4 km

You can access any corner of the city easily because of the project’s great connectivity. I personally recommend you invest here.

• 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments are available 

• The project is RERA-approved and has even received the OC certification

The SNN Raj Serenity price list is also decent. The available apartments here range from Rs 78 lakhs onwards. This project seems worth investing in so you can consider having your home here. 

Be aware that this is a ready-to-move-in project so you can visit and have your dream house here very easily. The SNN Raj Serenity Possession date was January 2016 and till date, I haven’t heard of any such major problem surrounding it.
