The Sobha Forest View address is located off Kanakpura Road in Banashankari 6th Stage, which is a decent locality. The one thing that is a bit of an issue is that for a working person like me, the daily commute would be a trouble. My partner and I liked the society as there\'s lush greenery and good amenities like a swimming pool, gym aerobics room, amphitheater, tennis court, etc. The flats are also vastu compliant, which is something we wanted.
Because this is a resale flat, there are issues with the Sobha Forest View possession date. It is up to us to make a call and see if we want to go ahead with the purchase. We are considering other options at the moment.
