Hello, This is a very nice place to stay. The Sobha Garrison location is just opposite to the Nagasandra metro station. It offers exceptional connectivity,

  • Bus stations like Rumini Nagar, and Sidedahalli are 5.9, and 4.6 km away respectively

  • Metro stations like Nagasandra and Jalahalli are located only 3.5 km and 5.9 km respectively

  • Several hospitals are nearby like, Arunodaya Hospitals, Eskay Healthcare, etc

  • Nearby schools are Orchids The International School, and St Theresa Primary & High School

It is because of its strategic location investing here is a great option.

Hi, I am writing this Sobha Garrison review based on my recent visit. It is located in Nagasandra, Bengaluru. It is spread over 21 acres. On enquiring about the Sobha Garrison unit configuration, the sales team shared that this residential complex offers 2 BHK, and 3 BHK apartments. Overall, I like this project and I am planning to book a 2 BHK unit here.

A few days back when I visited, I was impressed with the Sobha Garrison project, as they offers Vastu compliant homes. Apart from this, I’d like to share some of the amenities that impressed me are,

  • Lift

  • Club house

  • Security

  • Intercom

  • Shopping centre

  • Park

  • Visitor parking

  • Fire safety

  • Rain water harvesting

  • Amphitheater

  • Jogging track

  • Maintenance staff

  • Power backup

I liked the project and consider it to be one of the best to invest in. However, I’d say that if you too are planning to invest in this locality you should visit this project before deciding.
