Hi there. I came across your question and I want to share my experience of living in Sobha Hibuscus. I bought 3 BHK here when the project was over with the construction and in these many years of living here, I feel I made a good choice of buying the property.

The locality of Bellandur is great in itself, with a good mix of commercial and residential spaces. There are a lot of offices and restaurants, which have helped increase the market rate of the properties here. A good aspect of living here is the amenities like the gym, jogging track, rainwater harvesting and more. There is ample space in the society to walk and park your vehicles. I recommend you visit the property to see if you like it.

I read quite a lot of Sobha Hibiscus reviews before making up my mind to visit this property. I was interested in visiting this project mainly because of the Sobha Hibiscus location, which is at Green Glen Layout, Bellandur, Bangalore. Bellandur is a great area with a lot of infrastructural development. My office is roughly 3 kilometres away, which would save me a lot of time. The Belandur Road Railway Station is around 5 kilometres away, while PVR Central Mall and PVR Soul Spirit can be reached with a 2-kilometre drive.

I liked the condition of the flats and there is no waiting in terms of Sobha Hibiscus possession date as it is a resale property, so, everything seemed ideal to buy the 3 BHK here.
