Since it was approved by RERA I bought a unit there.

I visited the Sowparnika Skanda project with my uncle after he came across a Sowparnika Skanda Review. My uncle was quite interested in the amenities they were providing and enquired about those. The executive told us that they have a swimming pool, gym, and even a jogging track. He said they also have a children's play area and 24/7 security with CCTV coverage and rainwater harvesting. Now, my uncle is planning to purchase an apartment there.
