I wanted to send some gift boxes to my cousin in Delhi and a friend had recently opted for their domestic courier services. He mentioned their good quality packaging and on time delivery completion so I didn’t check other SP Cargo Chennai reviews. To my disappointment, their services are not quite reliable. I had three boxes but my cousin received only two and the third box reached him after a month. Meanwhile, I wanted some clarity on the tracking and shipment process but didn’t receive as much information. So, my experience wasn’t as great as my friend's and I can’t recommend them to anyone.

My family who lives in Chennai sent me some clothes, books, and crockery set through SP Cargo and I can share our interaction with them. The manager was kind and cooperative throughout the consultation and the process was smooth. However, their rates are higher as compared to other packers and movers services. For two boxes, my father paid Rs. 18,999 and I wish he had told me before because I know a lot of other reasonable packers and movers who provide better deals. Comparing the rates to their services, it was just okay.

I had opted for the SP cargo local courier services last year and it was quite okay. I had to send one box of old books to my cousin’s place in Navallur and they provided doorstep delivery within 24 hours as promised. However, recently my friend shifted to Bangalore with them and he mentioned their lack of professionalism and punctuality, as he received his boxes after around a month and the condition of his belongings weren’t great either. Last year, I opted for their services to send a few boxes of books to my home in Bangalore. Their rates are reasonable and affordable but the packaging quality is not up to standard. They used thin cardboard that can easily collapse under weight. The books arrived with bent covers and creased pages. Although their delivery timeline was quick as promised, they are not very reliable if you’re looking for quality packaging.
