We are living in a 3 BHK apartment in Splendour County and I really like the community here. The society is well managed and very secure. The rooms are also very spacious and airy. We are a family of 4 kids and the children’s play area has made them very cheery and happy. What really convinced us was that the apartments are built according to vastu, which gave us a sense of security and positivity. The intercom facility has also been really convenient to communicate with the visitors. I have taken a 2 BHK apartment in this project and I can tell you some necessary information along with the pros of taking a flat here. Splendour County unit configuration is 1,2, and 3 BHK apartments and the location is a huge advantage of staying here. The connectivity is nice as there are a number of bus and metro stations nearby, along with some shopping malls and supermarkets within a few kilometres. There is also an ample amount of space for parking inside the property.
