My partner and I decided to look for 2 BHK homes around Malad and found this one through a friend. The Sri Balaji Enclave unit configuration includes 1 and 2 BHK flats. There is a single building with 21 floors on the property. The society has been completed recently in the year 2022, so the flat condition is quite nice. The Sri Balaji Enclave unit size for the 2 BHK is 560 sq. ft. in carpet area, which we think is a little small for the house. However, we were impressed with the interior work done in the flat. The bathrooms and balconies have anti-skid tiles, there are aluminised sliding windows, flush doors, granite kitchen platform and more.
We also checked the Sri Balaji Enclave RERA number, which is P51800008986. The location isn’t that bad, either. There are several entertainment options, with the likes of INOX Megaplex and PVR a kilometre from the society. We are yet to make a decision. But, you can consider the flats here in our opinion.

Hi. We went through a few Sri Balaji Enclave reviews last month while deciding to visit the property. After seeing positive ratings, we checked out the flats here. The Ani Anu Developers in Malad West have constructed the society. The location was one of the main reasons we planned to visit the project. You have the Malad Depot bus stop 700m away and the Malad Train Station is 2.2 km from the society. In terms of healthcare, Nemani, Manoram and Mamta Hospitals are within 2 km from Sri Balaji. All these aspects make the Sri Balaji Enclave address a plus.
The total land area is decent, built over 0.5 acres. The good part is that 40 percent of the area is open space, so there’ll be plenty of greenery and room to walk around in the society. Overall, we liked the property and are thinking of buying the 1 BHK here.

Hello, we have a 1 BHK apartment in Sri Balaji and I’d like to give you my review. The connectivity here is pretty nice. There is the Linking Road and Swami Vivekanand SV Road. Also, there’s a road that links the Link Road and the SV Road, so you’ll be able to commute without many issues. Apart from these aspects, we like the amenities in the property. There is a rainwater harvesting plant, a gym, a park, and a sewage treatment plant and all the flats are Vastu compliant, too. The carpet area of 1 BHK apartment ranges from 282 to 383 sq. ft. Also, the Sri Balaji Enclave 1 BHK price starts at Rs. 1.08 crores. It's a good society in our view and would suggest you check it out to see if you like it.
