My experience with Sri Balamurugan transport was quite average as I booked their services to send my four wheeler and while the prices are reasonable and they follow timely shipment and delivery, I expected better handling of my car. There were scratches and dent marks on the front and when I spoke to the manager, he said they were already there and he refused to compensate for the damage.
