Instead, he sent three slow, irresponsible workers with no supervisor. They damaged furniture, didn't help unpack, and demanded a Rs. 2,000 tip. The owner sent only one extra worker after I complained. Felt like he just outsourced to cheap labour. Will not use it again.

After loading, I was asked to pay for insurance and an extra Rs. 10,000, which was never discussed beforehand. This was pure coercion since my items were already in the vehicle.
