What are the Sriram Sapphire, Bommasandra, Bangalore Reviews?

Recently, I received a call from Chaphalkar Elina Living. They told me that they were offering luxurious 2 BHK apartments at affordable costs. After hearing that, I decided to visit the Chaphalkar Elina Living project. I asked them about the Chaphalkar Elina Living construction status and the executive told me that the construction is completed and they are offering two types of 2 BHK units. 

Following that, I asked him about the Chaphalkar Elina Living 2 BHK price, which he told me was starting from Rs. 1.03 Crore. I toured the property and decided to book a 2 BHK unit with them. Below is the unit size of the 2BHK they are offering. 

I came to know about Sriram Sapphire from a friend of mine. He shared their brochure with me and asked me to check it out as I was planning to purchase a 3BHK unit. I decided to check some Sriram Sapphire review before visiting the site. 

From the review, I learned about the Sriram Sapphire RERA number, which was PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/090224/006616, and a few other details. I visited the site, and an executive told me about the amenities and a few key locations near the project. Following that, I decided to book a unit with them. Here are some of the locations he mentioned

• Suryanagar Bus Depot, 4.7 km

• Heelalige, 4.6 km

• Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences, Bommasandra, 2.7 km

• Vimalalaya Hospital, 2.7 km

• EISB - Ebenezer International School, 6.4 km

• DMart, 1.0 km.

I received a call from my cousin, who asked me to visit the Sriram Sapphire project with him. He told me that the Sriram Sapphire address is Near DMart, Bommasandra, Electronic City, Bangalore. 

After visiting the property, my cousin asked about the amenities and the executive told us about those. Some of the amenities mentioned by the executive are a party hall, pet area, swimming pool, various outdoor sports courts, etc. After that, I asked the executive about the possession date which was in 2026. The executive also told us about the Sriram Sapphire construction status, which was nearing its structural completion. Following that, my cousin booked a 3BHK unit with them.
