What are the SS Balaji Vishant, Dombivli, Mumbai Reviews?

So we have been on the lookout for a 2 BHK for a long time now. We have visited a lot of projects in Mumbai because of this and one such was Balaji Vishant. I went on-site and saw that the building structure has been developed and the project is halfway done. 

Being in Thakurli East, the location suits us well as my office is nearby and would save me a lot of time. The area overall is good with commute options and essentials spread out.

I also asked about the possession date, which was told to me as December 2026. Although it is a 2.5-year wait, this project suits us the best, so we are willing to give it that wait.

Hey! We contacted the team of SS Balaji around two weeks back to inquire more about their project in Thakurli. I got to know that the SS Balaji Vishant unit configuration includes 1 and 2 BHK flats spread across 1 acre of area. 

I quite liked the amenities and features they have to offer here. This includes a yoga room, a kid's play area, an astronomy zone, a cross-fit area, a senior citizens area and more.

We are going to visit this project next Sunday to find more details but for now, I feel that this is a good project and you can give it a visit once to see if it works out for you or not.

Hello there. I saw you were looking for an SS Balaji Vishant review and I can share mine as we visited the project about a month ago. The project has 1 and 2 BHK homes and the location of this project is in Thakurli East in Dombivli. 

The project has got a good balance of everything but I was impressed by the SS Balaji Vishant location the most. The Thakurli Railway Station is about 500 metres away, while essentials like AIMS Hospital and Metro Mall are nearby as well.

The project is also registered under RERA and the SS Balaji Vishant RERA number is P51700047811, so we are also clear in terms of the legal aspect. 

All in all, I think that this is a decent project with a mix of good features and you can consider this for your house purchase.
