I recently received my cousin's SSVR Niyaara review after he visited this project. According to him, this project began in September 2023 and will be finished by December 2026. Both the location and the amenities are excellent. CCTV, regular + service lifts, borewells, a swimming pool, an amphitheater, cricket grounds, basketball, volleyball, indoor badminton + training track, a walking area and plantations are among the amenities available.
It has RERA approval and the SSVR Niyaara RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/160224/006626. I overall loved this project.

My wife and I visited this project a week ago. The first thing we loved about this project was the SSVR Niyaara location. It is in Varthur, near Whitefield, Bangalore East. State Highway 3 is only 950 meters from SSVR Niyaara. This project is 12.6 km from the HAL Bangalore International Airport. It is only 15.4 km from the well-known Leela Palace. You can have easy access to cabs, cars, public transportation, etc. There are numerous schools and hospitals in the area. We finally booked a 2BHK flat here and the SSVR Niyaara possession date we received is December 2026.
