Star packers & movers Chennai service is okayish, they don’t give any updates on your stuff or where it is when it would be delivered. If you want to follow the status of your goods you have to call them over and over again and sometimes they even ignore your calls. Though they delivered everything on time, I didn’t know till the last minute when it would be delivered and had to specially come home from the office to receive the delivery. I had a decent experience with them, the booking process was simple and the staff was nice. The only issue is that they charged us a little higher than usual and didn’t offer any sort of a special service. But otherwise they packed and moved everything on time without any damage or loss of stuff.

Had the worst experience with Star packers & movers Chennai. Such unprofessional behaviour from their staff. Booking process was simple, but right afterwards they showed their true colours and started being so non communicative. They were so not punctual and packed everything shabbily. For delivery also only 2 people came who were so slow and inefficient. Such a total waste of money. Anyone could’ve done a better job than this company.
