Worst service ever. Pickup was delayed by 5 hours, and the team took cash tips to unload goods. The Starway Packers and Movers manager was rude and unresponsive. The transport manager and his team were unprofessional, demanding additional tips, with all three members, including the driver, taking cash. Unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid Starway Packers and Movers at all costs.

The relocation team arrived late with insufficient resources, leading to delays and chaos. Additional costs for extra items were sprung on me without prior notice, leading to an exorbitant Rs. 4,000 charge. I hired Starway Packers and Movers to move from one block to another within the same apartment complex. They took three days to complete the move, and our bed wasn't fixed until the third day.
