My dad visited this project a few months back. The sales team provided him with a brochure of this project. As per the brochure, the Subha Belgravia unit configuration includes the following,

Carpet Area

3 BHK

1318 sq. ft. - 1872 sq. ft.

4 BHK

2800 sq. ft. - 3600 sq. ft.

My dad also said that this is a RERA registered project and the Subha Belgravia RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/220124/006566. My dad liked this project and is eager to book a unit here. However, I am planning to visit this over the weekend before the payment, so I think I’ll be able to share a few more details after my visit.

Hello, I am impressed with the Subha Belgravia location. It is located near Triumph World School, Suryanagar, Chandapura, Bangalore. With several bus stops and depots, Chandapura provides convenient bus transit. The Suryanagar Bus Depot is just 2.0 km away, the Marsoor Gate is 3.1 km from the area. Also, the Heelalige train station is only 4.2 km away. It is because of these locational advantages, that I believe investing here will be a profitable option.

Hi, This upscale project consists of a single, finely constructed structure with 106 luxurious apartments that come in 3 and 4 BHK layouts. It is currently an under-construction project and the Subha Belgravia possession date is December 2026. All the apartments here are Vastu-compliant. I can say that Subha Belgravia consists of all sorts of amenities like a badminton court, gym, power backup, tennis court, rainwater harvesting, sewage treatment plant, and so on. Overall, I am happy with this project and I am planning to book a 3 BHK apartment here.
