I found this project quite enticing but I must admit that the prices are too high. The Subha Ecocity price list is between Rs 1.56 crore and 3.42 crore. Here are some key points you must know about this project in case you are planning to invest in here:

You will not get 1 or 2 parks here but 8 parks
There will be an open-air theatre provision available
The Subha Ecocity possession date is set for 2026
If you want to live in a lavish Villa, this will be a great choice to invest in but I would also suggest you check out the
Commune Chandapuraproject. The apartments here are good and affordable.

We are planning to invest in a 3 BHK and hence asked the sales team about the Subha Ecocity 3BHK price. We learned that it starts from around Rs 1.56 crore. I personally felt it was exorbitant. The apartments are

I am not sure about the Subha Ecocity 4BHK price but it will be within Rs 3.5 crore. Since it is way out of our budget, we have dropped the plan of investing here, but you can definitely check it out yourself.
