This is a RERA registered project and the Subha Ecostone RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/110823/006150. The starting Subha Ecostone price is Rs. 2.56 Cr. However, one of my friends who resides near the project said that a high tension wire passes by the villa campus. However, when I visited this project I learned from the builder team that this project has received official BMRDA approval and has been carefully planned in accordance with KPTCL norms and all safety precautions required by KARNATAKA POWER TRANSMISSION CORPORATION LIMITED laws, Karnataka State Fire and Emergency Service Department, Karnataka State Pollution Control Board, Electrical Installation Sectional Committee [EISC], and KPTCL

Also, to provide complete shock protection, supplemental installation is applied in addition to basic installation, taking into account all aspects of the Statutory Provisions for Earthing.

Hello, I liked the project, especially the Subha Ecostone address. The Subha Ecostone development in Chandapura, Bengaluru, is conveniently located near State Highway 35 and only a few miles from Electronic City, a major IT hub.

Conveniently situated close to BMTC buses, the Hinnakiri Gate Bus Stop (two and a half kilometres away) and the Ramakrishnapura Bus Stop (one kilometre away) offer easy access to other parts of the city.

It takes roughly 57.3 kilometres to go to Kempegowda International Airport via State Highway 35. Because of these locational advantages, I believe investing here is worth it.

When I visited the site, I was informed that the Subha Ecostone unit configuration is 3/4 BHK atrium design villas. The project is an under construction one and the expected Subha Ecostone possession date is by May 2025. The project spreads across 5.75 acres. I have booked a villa here because of the builder’s reputation. The Subha builders and developers is one of the most well-known real estate companies in Bangalore. Subha builders & Developers has been in the business for 8 years. If you want to invest in luxurious villa properties, I must say you should visit this project for more clarity.
