My experience with Sudhan Packers & Movers was a mix of good and not-so-good moments. For my house relocation, I was pleased with how they handled the larger items like my furniture. They were well-packed and arrived in perfect condition, which was a huge relief. The team was friendly and efficient in moving heavy stuff.
But, I was a bit let down by their communication throughout the process. I wasn’t kept in the loop about the timing of delivery, and I had to follow up several times to get updates.
Additionally, some of the cartons containing books and kitchen items looked a little worse for wear by the time they arrived. Nothing was majorly damaged, but still, I felt like more care could have been taken with the packing. I’d say they’re okay for big items, but I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re moving fragile things.

I chose Sudhan Packers & Movers for my house relocation because they offered a competitive rate and seemed reliable based on initial discussions. However, when it came to smaller, more fragile items, I wasn’t very happy. Some dishes were packed haphazardly, leading to minor damages. I also noticed a couple of scratches on my television stand. Though the staff was polite, I expected better attention to detail for a service that claims to be professional. I ended up managing some of the unpacking myself, which wasn’t ideal. I recently used Sudhan Packers and Movers for my house relocation, and it was quite a stressful experience. To begin with, their customer service was disappointing. They initially promised a smooth and hassle-free move, but on the day of shifting, the crew arrived late. The packing was rushed, and I could see they weren’t careful with some of my fragile items. A couple of glassware and a photo frame ended up broken, which was really upsetting.
Even the unloading process wasn’t smooth. They seemed to be in a hurry to leave and didn’t place the boxes in the rooms as requested. After the move, trying to reach their customer service for damage compensation was frustrating – I barely got a response.
