What are the Sumadhuras Gardens By The Brook Reviews, Shamshabad, Hyderabad?

Since my primary goal was investment, I was looking for a project with good amenities and access to key locations. A Sumadhuras Gardens By The Brook review caught my eye as I was browsing through various project reviews. The review boasted that this project has access to very good amenities, such as a jogging track, tropical garden, cricket practice net, outdoor gym, tennis court, etc. After this, I did some research online and learned that it is close to some of the prime locations in Hyderabad, such as Agricultural University (5 minutes away), Walmart (10 minutes away), Nehru Zoological Park (10 minutes away), Asian Cinemas (20 minutes away), DMart (17 minutes away) and a proposed metro station at Satamrai (16 minutes). I am planning to visit the location this weekend to know more about it.

Sumadhura Builders are one of the best builders in Hyderabad. A couple of my friends have purchased properties in their projects, such as Sumadhura Olumpus, Horizon, etc. So, when I learned about this project, I visited the Sumadhuras Gardens By The Brook location, which is near McDonald's, Satamrai, Shamshabad, Hyderabad. After going there, I asked about the possession date, which was July 2029. Since this date was working for me, I also asked about the Sumadhuras Gardens By The Brook RERA number, which was P02400007022. I planned to purchase a 2 BHK + study unit after this. 

The first thing that I asked after visiting this project was the Sumadhuras Gardens By The Brook price. A salesperson told me that the starting price of the apartments here is Rs. 89.95 Lakhs. He also provided me with a brochure of the project from which I learned about the unit configuration. I have added a list for that below. 

He also gave me a tour of the dummy model of their 3 BHK unit; I found the unit to be spacious and well-ventilated. And because of this reason, I bought an apartment here.
