I recently availed the service offered by Sumangal Relocations Mumbai for my home shifting, after reading the Sumangal Relocations
Mumbai reviews online, and I regret not going through the negative reviews. They were supposed to provide a full packing service, but they didn’t bring enough materials and ended up using old boxes from my home. In the end, they demanded extra money as they faced some issues about getting to the location. The entire process was delayed, and I had to wait an extra day for my stuff. Never again will I use this service.
I had a nightmare-like experience with Sumangal Relocations Mumbai during my office shift where everything must be handled with utmost care, secure and punctual. They arrived two hours late and rushed through the packing like they were in a race. My table top items were wrapped so poorly that my paper weight damaged half of the other things. When it came to unloading, I found a bundle of books completely drained in rain water since they moved the items on an open top truck. The staff was unprofessional and showed no interest in resolving the issues. I wouldn’t recommend Sumangal Relocations to anyone.
