Overall this is a good project and worth investing in. We found that the property was well-ventilated with premium fittings & fixtures.

One of my colleagues bought a flat in Sunshine Helios and we visited her for a housewarming party. My friend informed us that the project is RERA approved and the RERA number is UPRERAAGT21191. Also, the property spans across 5 acres. She also told that the Sunshine Helios price for 3 BHK was Rs. 1.6 Crores.

I visited an apartment a few months ago in Sunshine Helios Sector 78, Noida after getting impressed with several positive Sunshine Helios reviews. But I was amazed by the amenities they provide. I was intrigued and inquired about the amenities when I came to know it had clubhouse, coffee lounge & restaurants, cafeteria, food court, cycling, jogging and scrolling track, outdoor tennis courts, private garden, terrace, security, swimming pool, reserved parking, service lift, visitor parking, gym, bank, meditation area, conference room, library, indoor games room , aerobics room, kids club, RO Water system, rainwater harvesting and more. When my parents visited they were impressed and thought of buying a flat here. Sunshine Helios unit configuration is 2, 3.5, 4, and 4+ BHK apartments.
