After reading several Sunteck Crescent Park reviews, my parents and I finally went there a month ago since we want to buy a two-bedroom property in Kalyan West, Mumbai. Since the project is still in its early phases of development, we could not learn all the specifics, however the sales team did provide us the following important details:

  • This project will have 2 and 3 BHK properties spread over 1.4 acres of land. 

  • They are constructing this project 55 feet above ground level.

  • The Sunteck Crescent Park price will start from Rs 75 lakhs.

  • 41 floors will be available with 80% open space here.

  • It is near the upcoming Mumbai Metro lines 12 and 5.

As of this point, the project appears promising. We inquired about the Sunteck Crescent Park possession date with the sales staff. They said it is in December 2029. We are going to wait at least three more years, come back, and then decide on booking a unit here.

My father is interested in having a property here, mainly because of the Sunteck Crescent Park address. It is near Mohane Road, Dhakate Shahad, Shahad, Kalyan, Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra 421103 and has entertainment and recreation areas, hospitals, educational institutions, and everything in its proximity. I found that.

  • Kalyan Railway Station is 4.5 km away,

  • D Mart is 15 minutes drive,

  • BK Birla College and BK Birla Public School is at 10 minutes distance,

  • Kalyan Ring Road is 25 minutes away,

  • Sarvoday Mall is at 5 km distance,

  • City Crticare Hospital is 8 minutes away and Sanjeevani Hospital is 1.73 km.

Location-wise, this project suits our needs, but yes, my father said the price is a bit high. So we planned to visit a few more projects and then conclude.

Sunteck Crescent Park is one of the most lavish projects I have ever seen in my life. The property sizes are also huge, so we are planning to invest in a 3 BHK here. The areas of 2 BHK and 3 BHK properties here start from 657 sq. ft. and 938 sq ft, respectively. Also, I liked India’s leading luxury real-estate developers on NSE and BSE, Sunteck Realty Limited, who is building it. They have set the standard for developing iconic projects and concentrate on city-centric development. 

The best part is that the Sunteck Crescent Park RERA number has also been assigned, which is P51700053312 / P51700053439. So at least you do not need to worry about any legal dispute here. Also, there is time to check out this project and take your call. I have planned to wait for a year and then book a unit.
