What are the Superior Exotica, Airoli, Navi Mumbai Reviews?

So my partner and I have been in search of a nice 2 BHK in Navi Mumbai and visited this project in Airoli last month. I like the area as there is good development all around, Our daughter’s school is like 10 minutes from here. 

There are more than 15 amenities in this project which grabbed our attention. There is a kid's play area, a gym, a swimming pool, a jogging track, a sky cinema, a yoga deck, and a star gazing telescope to name a few.

We are looking forward to making a booking here as we think that this project ticks all the boxes for us. 

Hi, I saw you wanted a Superior Exotica Airoli review. I called the builder team of this project to inquire about the features here. What I liked the most was the detailed care taken into building the interiors.

The living room and bedroom will have an app security system/intercom,  the kitchen will have a cotes kitchen platform, the bathroom will have branded sanitary wares and there is also an earthquake resistance RCC structure for security.

The Superior Exotica possession date is December 2027, which is around 3.5 years from now but we are looking to move in within the next two years, so that is the only reason which is holding us back from making the booking. 

Hello there. I can share my Superior Exotica review with you. I visited this project along with my elder brother a while ago. 

This project is present in Sector 7 of Airoli in Navi Mumbai and the location has got great connectivity if you ask me. The Airoli – Mulund Bridge, Airoli and Rabale Station are 10 minutes away, while the Airoli Garden, 5 Acre Park and the Ripplez Mall are also near the Superior Exotica location. 

The building configuration includes ground plus 22 floors with car parking in all the towers. Coming to the Superior Exotica unit configuration, there are 2 and 3 BHK flats here with our interest being in the 2 BHK flats here.

Overall, I guess this is a good opportunity for house buyers like us as everything seems to complement each other well in this project.
